Raise and lower the tabletop manually (requires two people) along the four telescoping legs, locking it into place with the four locking knobs. Excellent quality, very sturdy.  All hardware and parts were in the kit.  Takes about 30 min to assemble.  The pegboard is wall mounted, metal and high quality.
