I proposed with this ring and she loves it!  Her word was "spectacular" and she gets abundant compliments everywhere she goes.  This cluster of diamonds sparkles like crazy and throws color everywhere!!!  The cluster is raised up and the light shines behind, through, and off it. Great purchase

So I purchased this ring a couple weeks ago but it didn't fit. I reached out to service in chat and was told to go into the store and have the ring resized for free. When I got there the manager informed me that they no longer resize rings and that I would have to take it to a jewelry store if I wanted to keep it and once it was resized it could not be returned. I was disappointed over the misinformation I was given and the new store policy about resizing.
