How do I use Scan & Go™ checkout?
Once at the club, open the Sam’s Club app and click the Scan & Go™ icon at the bottom To shop, scan the barcode of each item as you go. When you're ready, slide the bar to pay in the app. Skip the checkout lines and head to the door with your digital receipt.
How do I know an item has been added to my cart?
To scan an item in the app, hold the phone over the barcode until you see a green rectangle. This is confirmation it's been added to your running total.
Once I pay in the app, am I all set to go?
Once you've paid in the app, a QR code will show. This is your digital receipt. Head to the door and have your code ready to be scanned by an associate before you go.
Will Sam’s Cash work with Scan & Go™ checkout?
Yes! You can choose to add Sam's Cash as your method of payment.
Can EBT be used to make a purchase using Scan & Go™ checkout?
Yes! Scan & Go™ checkout accepts EBT cards at all club locations.
Can gift cards be used to make a purchase in Scan & Go™ checkout?
Yes! You can pay with gift cards in the app.
Can non-members use Scan & Go™ checkout?
No, only members can use Scan & Go™ checkout within the Sam’s Club app.

There's no minimum, but there is a maximum limit of $1,500 per transaction and a daily limit of $3,000.
Will my login and credit card information save in the Scan & Go™ feature?
Yes; you only need to log in once to access saved information, including multiple stored credit cards.
How do I return items that I bought with Scan & Go™ checkout?
You can find all your receipts in the app under 'Account' and then 'Purchase history'. Bring any item to the Member Services desk with your digital receipt to return.
Is Scan & Go™ checkout available for tablets?
No, it’s not available on tablets or any device with screen dimensions exceeding 600dpi.
