Delivery from Club is now free with Plus.

With Delivery from Club, you shop items from your club and have them delivered to your door, all without leaving home. Order online or in the Sam’s Club app, then select Express, same-day or next-day service. During checkout, you can opt to greet your driver or have them leave your delivery at the door.

Delivery fees are based on the speed of delivery you choose and whether you’re a Plus or Club member. Same-day or next-day delivery is free for Plus members on eligible items totaling $50 or more pre-tax (otherwise the fee is $8). Delivery is $12 for Club members.

If you need your order faster, select Express during checkout. It’s just $8 extra to get your delivery within a few hours. You’ll see all available options during checkout.

Generally, delivery is available every day aside from certain federal holidays. Time slots start as early as 7am and as late as 7pm. Please note that Express and same-day services are contingent on slot availability. Order by 1pm for same-day delivery.

Same-day and next-day delivery windows are two hours long. Express deliveries will be delivered within three hours of less from the time you placed the order.

As you shop online, you’ll see three options for items: Shipping, Pickup and Delivery. Select “Delivery” on eligible items, then add them to your cart. Delivery orders are limited by the Sam’s Club Merchandise Policy.

Absolutely! We’ll keep your refrigerated and frozen items in a temperature-controlled area until delivered.

During checkout, you choose between greeting the driver or having the driver leave your order at your door. If you have your order left, we strongly recommend you bring it in as soon as it’s delivered, particularly if you’ve ordered fresh or frozen items. Please note: Sam’s Club is not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery has been made.

Delivery is available to most residences within a 15-mile radius of Sam’s Club locations. Check whether your address is eligible for delivery here.

Not at this time. Once the order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items in the order or the time slot. If needed, you may cancel your order and resubmit.

Nope! You pay the exact same price you’d pay in club, with Curbside Pickup or online.

Definitely. If the offer is still valid when you order and pay, the discount will be applied.

For items like fresh meat, home meal solutions and some bakery and cheese products, your final price is based on the unit price and the actual weight of the item you purchase. When you select the desired quantity online, you’ll see a maximum price that will be charged for the product. You’ll never be charged more than the maximum.

You’ll have the option to tip during checkout if you’d like. Your driver receives 100% of their tip.
