Member's Mark™ Turkey Quesadillas

Directions

  1. Place turkey in mixing bowl.
  2. Season with salt, pepper and cumin; add salsa and mix.
  3. Heat 1 tsp of oil in large skillet, then add flour tortilla.
  4. Top whole tortilla with 2 ounces of cheese.
  5. Spread ¼ of the turkey mixture on half of the tortilla and cook for about 2 minutes.
  6. Fold tortilla in half, covering the turkey and making a ½ circle.
  7. Toast both sides of quesadilla until golden brown.
  8. Serve with guacamole.
