Member's Mark™ Turkey Quesadillas
Ingredients
- Member's Mark™ ABF or Member's Mark™ Smoked Turkey, 12oz, pulled
- Member's Mark™ Vegetable Oil, 4 tsp, divided
- Member's Mark™ Fresh Cilantro Salsa, ¼ cup, strained
- Member's Mark™ Colby & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese, 8oz
- Member's Mark™ Ground Cumin, ¼ tsp
- Member's Mark™ Black Pepper
- Member's Mark™ Sea Salt
- Flour Tortillas, 4
- Member's Mark™ Guacamole
Directions
- Place turkey in mixing bowl.
- Season with salt, pepper and cumin; add salsa and mix.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in large skillet, then add flour tortilla.
- Top whole tortilla with 2 ounces of cheese.
- Spread ¼ of the turkey mixture on half of the tortilla and cook for about 2 minutes.
- Fold tortilla in half, covering the turkey and making a ½ circle.
- Toast both sides of quesadilla until golden brown.
- Serve with guacamole.
