In mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, granulated onions, paprika, chives, parsley, salt & pepper.
Once egg mixture is whisked, stir in the cheddar cheese and ham.
Using a 10” cast-iron (or oven safe) skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic. Cook while stirring for approximately 1 minute.
Pour in the egg mixture and transfer skillet to oven. Bake until eggs are cooked through (11-15 minutes).
Remove from oven and allow to sit 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
