Member's Mark™ Bacon-Cheddar Frittata
Ingredients
- Member's Mark™ Pasture Raised Brown Grade A Eggs, 8
- Member's Mark™ Vitamin D Whole Milk, 1/4 cup
- Member's Mark™ Sharp Cheddar Finely Shredded Cheese, 1/2 cup
- Member's Mark™ Real Crumbled Bacon, 1/2 cup
- Member's Mark™ Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter, 1 tbs
- Member's Mark™ Minced Garlic, 1 tbs
- Member's Mark™ Granulated Onion, 1/2 tsp
- Member's Mark™ Chives, 1 tsp
- Member's Mark™ Parsley, 1 tsp
- Member's Mark™ Sea Salt, 1/4 tsp (or to taste)
- Member's Mark™ Black Pepper, 1/4 tsp
- Member's Mark™ Spanish Paprika, 1/2 tsp
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, granulated onions, paprika, chives, parsley, salt & pepper.
- Once egg mixture is whisked, stir in the cheddar cheese.
- Using a Member’s Mark 10” Enamel Cast-Iron (or oven safe) skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and bacon crumbles. Cook while stirring for approximately 2 minutes or until bacon starts to crisp.
- Pour in the egg mixture and transfer skillet to oven. Bake until eggs are cooked through (11-15 minutes).
- Remove from oven and allow to sit 5-10 minutes before slicing to serve.
