Member's Mark Bacon-Cheddar Frittata ​

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, granulated onions, paprika, chives, parsley, salt & pepper.
  3. Once egg mixture is whisked, stir in the cheddar cheese.
  4. Using a Member’s Mark 10” Enamel Cast-Iron (or oven safe) skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and bacon crumbles. Cook while stirring for approximately 2 minutes or until bacon starts to crisp.
  6. Pour in the egg mixture and transfer skillet to oven. Bake until eggs are cooked through (11-15 minutes).
  7. Remove from oven and allow to sit 5-10 minutes before slicing to serve.
