Crunchy Loaded Nachos

These cheesy, easy nachos go with just about any toppings. Get creative and pile on your favorites!


  • 1 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups prepared salsa
  • 1 cup French’s® Original Crispy Fried Onions
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • desired toppings


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange tortilla chips in an even layer on large baking sheet.
  2. Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain. Add salsa and 1/2 cup onions and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle ground beef mixture evenly over chips then top with cheese.
  4. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining onions and bake 2 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomato and olives before serving.
