No-Bake Apple Donuts

Ingredients

  • 3 apples, cut into 1/2” thick slices
  • 2 cups Water
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed or Almond Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Sun-Maid California Sun-Dried Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Rainbow Sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Granola of your choice

Directions

  1. Using a round or shaped cookie cutter, cut circles out of the middle of each apple slice.
  2. Mix together water and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
  3. Soak the apple rings in water and lemon juice mixture for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Pat dry completely on a paper towel.
  5. Mix Sun-Maid Raisins and Mini Chocolate Chips together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  6. Mix Rainbow Sprinkles and Granola together in a small bowl. Set aside.
  7. Mix together the nut butter and cocoa powder in a small bowl until smooth and well-combined.
  8. Spread mixture over each apple ring in an even layer.
  9. Top 1/2 of the apple rings with the Raisins and Mini Chocolate Chips mixture.
  10. Top the remaining 1/2 of the apple rings with the Sprinkles and Granola mixture.
  11. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
