• Once you switch from diapers to potty training pants, don’t switch back. This could cause a lot of confusion and undo any progress.
• Shower your child with praise every time he successfully uses the potty. Using small rewards like stickers, candy or small prizes are a good idea.
• Things are likely to get messy at first so make sure you have plenty of supplies on hand for quick and easy cleanup.
