Elevating the planting bed allows planting the tomato plants upside down so the vines grow downward and tomatoes ripen off the ground, thus avoiding spoilage. The grow box has four openings and an additional four pop-out openings. Top planter holds up to 80 lbs. of soil and can be used for herbs, flowers, lettuce and other fruits and vegetables.
