The ThermoQuick® composter is designed to create the perfect medium for breaking down fresh organic material (grass clipping, plants, vegetable scraps) into usable rich black compost. The requirements for that are heat, air and a large long lasting container. The ThermoQuick® accomplishes this with patented locking corners for stability as the unit fills and pushes out, dark exterior color to absorb the suns warmth and increase healthy microbe activity, and carefully placed vents for maximum air circulation. The innovative lid is specifically designed on hinges to stay upright when opened which makes refilling easy, and then to stay shut when snapped closed to resist wind and animals. The easy access doors on each side make removal of fresh compost simple from all directions.
The ThermoQuick® is made from high grade plastics called 'copolymers', as opposed to the standard polyproylene units. The 'copolymer plastics' allow the unit to withstand the test of time in both heat and cold temperate zones and resists cracking. Even the lid itself is designed with circular strengthening ribs to protect it from vigorous openings and closures.
