Kinetic Inc. warrants Kinetic Cast Iron Cookware and Quantum 2 nonstick coating to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for a period of 25 years from the date of original purchase. The Quantum 2 non-stick coating is guaranteed not to scrape off, peel off or wear off for 25 years from date of original purchase.
During this period, Kinetic Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, any defective part or product returned with the original purchase receipt to the designated Kinetic service center, transportation prepaid. If the product cannot be repaired, you may receive a new or refurbished product. If the product is out of production, a new or refurbished product of the same function and similar value will be substituted.
