How do I return an item I ordered from samsclub.com? |

Sam's Club guarantees 100% Member Satisfaction on both products and Memberships. For online purchases (except Auction items), there are two options for processing a return.

You can take your item with all the accessories, original packaging, and a printout of your order to one of our Sam's Club locations nationwide. (Use our Club Locator to find the Club nearest you.)

You can return merchandise directly by logging in to samsclub.com and going to My Account.
Items purchased on samsclub.com auctions can be returned within 30 days of purchase by contacting a Member Service Representative at 888-746-7726 for approval and instructions. Merchandise purchased from samsclub.com auctions can NOT be returned to a local Sam's Club location.
If the item was a gift, you will not be able to use our online return process because only the Member has access to the online return process for the item. In this case, return the item to your local Club or contact Member Services for a refund. These types of returns, without a printout of your order, will be refunded in the form of a Shopping Card.
Shipping can only be refunded if the return is a result of an error by samsclub.com.

All online refunds will be credited to the original payment type that was charged. If the item was a gift, you will not be able to use our online return process because only the Member who placed the order can access it online for a return. Return shipping and refunds of original shipping can only be refunded if the return is a result of an error by samsclub.com.
Items purchased online may also be returned to your local Sam's Club.

Samsclub.com Refund Policy reflects a 100% guarantee on Merchandise and Membership. Merchandise and Membership will be refunded in full if Members are not satisfied for any reason.
Online Merchandise Return Options:

Return merchandise with all accessories and packing list to any Sam’s Club location.

Request a merchandise return through samsclub.com by logging in, accessing “My Account”, then “Order History”.
- Initiate merchandise return by contacting Member Service at 888-746-7726 and following prompts for “samsclub.com” and “returns”. Please also have your order number available for reference.
Refunds for merchandise returned to samsclub.com will be issued promptly upon receipt of the merchandise. This process can take up to three weeks, due to return shipping and processing time. Shipping charges will be refunded if the return is a result of an error by samsclub.com

Samsclub.com Returns
• Computers can be returned within 6 months of the original purchase date, except Dell computers which can be returned within 30 days of the invoice (ship) date
• Theme park tickets are non-refundable
• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except in states where required

Auction Returns
• Sam’s Club Auction merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but can not be returned at any Sam’s Club locations or by using the samsclub.com online return option. Auction returns can only be processed by contacting Member Service at 888-746-7726 and following prompts for “samsclub.com” and “returns”
