Replacement Plans*
• Products $150 and under qualify**!
• Begins after the manufacturer's labor warranty expires
and continues for either 2 or 3 years!
• Sam's Club Plus® Member, you are entitled to an additional
12months of coverage on purchased plans!
• No service calls! If your covered product fails to operate as it
did when you first purchased it, simply visit
http://www.scsolutioncenter.com/ or call 800.994.7267 and
arrange to have it replaced with a Sam’s Club gift card for the
original purchase price (including tax)!

• Never a deductible and no hidden fees.
• If a qualifying failure occurs, your product will be repaired to
manufacturer specifications. If your product cannot be
repaired, it will be replaced with a comparable product with
similar features.
**All mechanical, electrical, battery or fuel powered products
qualify.
Watch and Jewelry Care Plans*
• Begins on the date of purchase and continues for two years.
• Covers failures most manufacturers do not including:
• For Watches: Broken clasps, bands and crystals.
• For Jewelry: Bent prongs, broken clasps and stretched,
kinked or broken chains.
