The Woodridge has an enormous raised covered fort with Sun Porch. There's plenty of room for all to play up top and they get there by a step ladder or a rock wall ladder that leads to a crow's nest and an elevated tunnel! The wood roof features ship lap cedar construction to keep the elements out. Upper deck dimensions: 93" x 76".

Sun Deck

The 7 foot long Sun Deck that runs the entire length of the fort can be accessed from the fort, rock wall or ladder. Front Sun Deck leads to the Covered Side Porch.

Covered Porch

Covered Porch can be reached from the fort or Sun Deck

Wood roof helps keep the little ones shaded as they prepare to zoom down the slide

Elevated Tunnel

Elevated tunnel leads from the Crow’s nest to the fort

Small, tight, knot structure: The wood will be less likely to develop small cracks emanating from knots

Clear appearance: The wood on Backyard Discovery play sets will have a smoother and more finished appearance; All wood is pre-stained

Durability: Cedar has been tested in laboratory trials for assessing natural durability; In tests, the heartwood of this species experienced extremely low weight loss and was classified as highly decay resistant
