Warranty Information

This product is covered under our manufacturer's 1 Year Limited Warranty. To ensure your complete satisfaction, this warrants to the original purchaser that this furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship as of the date of purchase and that it will, under normal use and proper care, remain so for one year from date of purchase. Should a frame failure arise within one year from date of purchase, they will repair or replace the defective piece. They reserve the right to make substitutions with similar merchandise should the model or color in question no longer be in production.

Freight and packaging charges to and from our customer service center remain the customer's responsibility. This warranty does not cover furniture used for commercial purposes, failure caused by improper care, unreasonable or abusive use, freeze damage, acts of God, rust, purchased parts, return freight or packaging charges.
