Description
This countertop charbroiler has six burners with heavy cast iron char-radiants and broiling grates. An underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer and drip pan areas. Supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capability. There is one 18,000 BTU/hr. burner for each broiling grate and one infinite heat control valve for each burner. The gas charbroiler has easy to clean stainless steel front, sides, top rim and grease trough. The 5 1/4" wide diamond grates are reversible for "level" broiling or self cleaning.
