This seemed to be one of those too good to be true products. But after reading a bunch of reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I have to say, this stuff works!  I mixed it up in my gallon sprayer and coated my siding. I've been pretty amazed. I always hate pressure washing my vinyl siding, as it can't be good to get water in behind it. This is my solution going forward. I'm satisfied!

Satisfied user, it really works!

A friend sprayed a patch last year and it was amazing over time how it whitened the cement and it still is white. Sidewalk was power washed and that area is black again, , but not the patch he sprayed. I did the whole sidewalk and patio and can't wait to see the whole transformation.

Working as we are texting!

This is an exceptional product and delivers on the promise.  Wet & Forget allows the user to merely spray a surface that suffers with mold and mildew and walk away.  While a clean appearance is not immediate, gradually the stains disappear and remain absent.  There is a noticeable residual affect.  I use it on the North side of my home that is prone to mold and algae.  The product has always delivered.  Covering nearby plants is important as it is not plant friendly however I have never found the product to kill plants.  I witness many homeowners pressure washing their siding to remove algae and mildew which risks damaging the siding and has no residual affect.  This product is far far better than using a pressure washer both in ease of use as well as lasting impact.  My complaints are minor:  I wish the dilution instructions were better displayed.  They can be found on the label but are rather obscure.

Better than Advertised

I have been using Wet and Forget for several years to keep moss and fungus off our sidewalks and driveway in Florida and our wood deck in Ohio. In Florida I apply it twice a year and in Ohio only once. I also use it in Florida on our white vinil fence and in Ohio on our vinil siding. Initially I used Clorox for quick results. Wet & Forget works more slowly but has better staying power.

Works as advertised

Wet and Forget works just like it is advertised.  Just don't expect overnight results as the more it rains the more it works.  It did not affect our plants, non toxic to those applying it and best of all just spray it on and wait for rain.

Works Great

This stuff is the best. It takes time to work though. I use it annually on my patio and sidewalks and it keeps them nice and clean. I like to use it on the patio because this product doesn't disturb the aggregate around the pavers.

Works like a champ!!

This is one of the best products we have ever used to keep clean brick, cast stone, and driveways/concrete. It makes them look cleaner over time read instructions carefully and it will do wonders!!!

This really works!

Works great. I use it twice a year on my concrete block retaining wall to maintain its appearance and control moss and mold build up. Keep in mind if the surface you're using it on is extremely dirty the product will take longer to work and may need more than one application.

I have used this product before with good results and recommend it to others to rid themselves of mold and mildew that appear on exterior surfaces of their home or whatever.

I couldn't be more unhappy. I tried it on every use noted online and the 4 bottles I purchased. Spent two days with ladders to get to siding on my second level. Walkways, benches, driveway, walls, and even wood. NOT A SPEC OF DIFFERENCE IN ALMOST A MONTH. I EVEN REAPPLIED TO MOST OF THE AREAS, BUT STILL NOT A HINT OF A CHANGE. I think it did turn some of the moss that we on my lava rock changed color from green to brown, but what good does that do? I think not only the company making the product, but the stores like Sam's Club have an obligation to their customers to vet these products before they sell them. WHAT A TOTAL RIPOFF !!!
