Vulcan VCCB25-1 24" Natural Gas Charbroiler 

Description

Vulcan-Hart's low profile gas charbroiler can handle the high volume of a commercial restaurant or foodservice kitchen. The front, sides, top trim and grease trough are made of stainless steel. The charbroiler has a full width front grease collection drawer for easy clean up of debris. There is one 14,500 BTU/hr. burner for each 5-1/4" wide cast iron diamond broiling grate. There is one infinite heat control valve for each burner. Underburner deflector system reflects heat upwards creating a "Cool Zone" in the grease drawer and drip areas. The supercharger burner dividers minimize heat transfer to enhance multi-zone cooking capability.
