Description

Vulcan-Hart's Convection Oven allows hot air to circulate throughout the oven to cook or bake your food more evenly than a non-convection oven. The solid state temperature controls adjust from 150° to 500°F. It is furnished with a two-speed 1/2 horsepower oven blower-motor. Its burner can create 44,000 BTUs an hour. The oven has a 3/4" rear gas connection with combination gas pressure regulator and safety solenoid system. The single deck oven's top, sides and front are made of stainless steel, and the independently-operated, stainless steel doors have double pane windows. The interior is porcelain enamel on steel and measures 22 1/8"L x 29"W x 20"H.

The non-sag insulation is applied to the top, rear, sides, bottom and doors. This oven has eleven nickel-plated rack position guides with positive rack stops for the five nickel-plated oven racks. The five oven racks measure 28 1/4" x 20 1/2". This oven is 120V/60Hz/1 phase (9 amps). It features an electronic spark igniter, 60-minute timer with audible alarm and oven cool switch for rapid cool-down.
