Vulcan-Hart's Free-Standing Fryer can fry french fries, funnel cakes, chicken and more! This fryer's stainless steel fry tank has five heat exchanger tubes and a "V" shaped large cold zone. Behind the door, snap action millivolt thermostat control adjusts from 200° to 400°F with a standing pilot. The fryer's millivolt system requires no electric hook-up. A hi-limit, shut-off protector shuts off the gas combination valve and standing pilot for added safety.

The fryer's front, top and door are made of stainless steel, and the sides and back have a high-grade, galvanized non-corrosive finish. The door is lined for added stability and has an earth magnet to make sure the door is secure when closed. The stainless steel basket hanger is easily removable for cleaning. Fryer has a 1 1/4" full port ball type drain valve, built-in flue deflector and nickel-plated tube rack. This fryer includes a drain extension, twin fry baskets with plastic-coated handles and a set of four nickel-plated, adjustable steel legs. The tank size is 19 1/2" x 14".
