Description

Vulcan-Hart's Gas Salamander Broiler has a stainless steel reinforced back riser for mounting over gas restaurant ranges. The broiler's front, top and sides are constructed of stainless steel. The heavy duty infrared radiant burner has an input of 30,000 BTU/hr. The salamander's chrome-plated trigger grip control handle provides positive positioning of the broiling carriage. Heavy duty chrome-plated broiling grid measures 13" L x 27 1/2" W.
