Description
The portable countertop induction range is designed for use in light duty front-of-the-house cooking. The range is compact and mobile, perfect for catering operations.
Induction ranges rely on an internal component called an IGBT switch to control power levels. The Mirage G1 engine uses a single IGBT switch to power the entire unit. This is 75% more efficient compared to the approximate 50% efficiency of gas ranges.
The pushbutton control has a bright LED digital readout that is easy to see. The range works in power levels from 1-20 or 100° - 450°F temperature range levels. The temperature memory powers up to the last used temperature setting. The induction range has a "Hot" warning display for safety.
The top case is made from heavy-duty, 18-gauge stainless steel with a ceramic top. The ceramic top is framed for durability and easily cleaned with a mild cleaner. The bottom case assembly is durable molded plastic. The range is 100% factory bench tested for ultimate quality control.
