Vollrath's Cayenne 10 lb. Standard Duty Electric Fryer is a deep fat fryer, designed to create a delicious variety of crisp fried food with minimal fuss. This countertop fryer is ideal for small pubs, colleges and product-specific applications. The one-piece stainless steel tank with carrying handles is able to lift-out for easier cleaning. The fryer has a minimal footprint to accommodate tight counter spaces.

The one well fryer is thermostatically controlled to 375°F. As a safety precaution, the fryer has an automatic thermal overload shutoff at 390°F. It has a micro-switch shut down for safety when the element box is removed. The 10 lb. fryer has quick heat-up and temperature recovery time between loads.

Includes 2 nickel-plated steel wire baskets with cool-touch handles. The fryer has a "power on" indicator light. The non-skid rubber feet prevent slipping, for your safety.
