Description
High Performance and High Value! True Manufacturing's 2-door Reach-In Freezer has a rear wall airflow guard and floor rack prevent frozen product from blocking optimal airflow. A large evaporator and coil heater permit a short defrost cycle, and the defrost system is time initiated and temperature terminated. An automatic evaporator fan motor delays during defrost cycle.
The front is made of solid 300 series stainless steel, the finest stainless available with higher tensile strength for fewer dents and scratches. The exterior doors & front are made of stainless steel, with foamed-in-place polyurethane high density cell insulation (CFC Free).The freezer has six adjustable, heavy duty PVC coated shelves for lots of food storage and features positive seal, self closing doors with factory tested (over 1,000,000 times) lifetime guaranteed door hinges and torsion type springs.
Other features include an environmentally friendly CFE free (R404A) refrigerant; 10°F temperature (air off evaporator coil, 20°F) holds frozen food and ice cream. The interior sides, top and coved corners are made of white aluminum and the floor is stainless steel. The back, top and ends are made of high quality anodized aluminum. An exterior-mounted thermometer is included.
