Description
True Manufacturing’s salad/sandwich unit is designed with enduring quality that protects your long-term investment. It holds full-size to one-ninth size pans, giving a flexible pan capacity. An environmentally-friendly (134A), forced-air refrigeration system holds 33°F to 41°F (.5°C to 5°C) with airflow directed at pans for colder temperatures. Guided airflow provides uniform temperature in a 360° circle throughout the cabinet for stay-fresh meats, cheeses and colder, crisper salads.
The stainless steel, foam-insulated cover keeps pans colder to lock in freshness, minimizing condensation. The prep unit’s extra wide 11-3/4", removable polyethylene cutting board provides a tough workspace. The attractive interior is made of white, vinyl-coated aluminum with coved corners and a stainless steel floor. It comes with adjustable vinyl-coated wire shelves. Its foamed-in-place polyurethane, high-density cell insulation is CFC free.
