    TresOmega Nutrition Certified Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is cold pressed from fresh, choice, mature coconut meat without using harsh conditions in processing. No chemicals or high heating is used in further refining, since the natural, pure coconut oil is very stable. No bleaching is involved; thus, the natural aroma and nutrients of fresh coconuts are maintained. It is a transparent liquid at high room temperatures and pure white solid at lower temperatures.

    Coconut oil is cholesterol-free and rich in medium-chain "good fats" (62% MCTs). Research shows that replacing other cooking oils with virgin coconut oil generally creates a more favorable HDL/LDL ratio.
