  • COOKING DIRECTIONS:
    IF FROZEN: Preheat oven to 375° F. Spray baking pan with non-stick spray. Remove Chicken from all packaging (including bag and meat tray). Place breast side up in baking pan and cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours covered, then 30 minutes uncovered. Bake until internal temperature reaches 165-170° F. To serve, cut chicken straight down the middle then slice across.
