There are no deductibles or hidden fees and, if we can't fix a covered failure we'll replace it! This plan covers parts and labor costs resulting from mechanical or electrical failures of the product including those failures from normal wear and tear and power surges. Best of all, if you are a Sam’s Club® PLUS® Member, the term of the Service Plan is increased for 12 additional months!

    Term of Service
    The Plan begins after the manufacturer warranty expires and continues for 2 or 3 years (depending on term purchased). If you are a Sam’s Club PLUS® Member, the term for either Plan is increased by 12 months!

    Enhancing the Manufacturer’s Warranty
    Most Manufacturer warranties provide limited coverage. The Service Plan enhances the manufacturer warranty by providing coverage from day 1 they do not (normal wear and tear and power surge).

    On-Site/Prepaid Shipping Service Included for Most Items
    TVs and Desktop Computers come with on-site service while most other items provide pre-paid shipping to an authorized service facility.
