Warranty Information
Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years for the original owner of the real estate upon which this product is used. Only the original owner can make a claim. Proof of purchase is required.If materials or manufacturing workmanship are found to be defective, Eden Arbors will at its discretion either replace the defective material or refund the product. Labor, installation and any similar costs are excluded and shall not be paid by Eden Arbors.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to comply with installation or improper application; damage due to acts of God, war, other casualties, exposure of pollutants/conditions other than natural weathering; damage or discoloration due to misuse, improper storage, impact of objects, alteration by applied heat or welding, contact with chemicals or other substances; other physical or material alterations; color fading occurring over time due to normal weathering; and materials not manufactured by Eden Arbors.
