    Defrosting/Handling Tips:

  • Keep frozen until ready to use
  • Defrost under refrigeration for 8 hours (Do not defrost ambient.)
  • Suggestion: lay bags on a tray in the refrigerator to defrost
  • Do not refreeze
  • Mousse must be kept refrigerated
  • Do not massage bag to mix ingredients, as hand temperature and friction will raise the temperature of the mousse and change its texture
  • When dispensing the mousse, squeeze bag from top. Use other hand as a guide, not to squeeze
