    There is a 25% minimum restocking fee. Product must be in new/unused condition and in original packaging with all accessories. If accessories are missing the restocking fee increases. Used or custom made products will not be accepted.

    Buyer assumes all responsibility for all freight charges once the product is shipped. This includes shipping to and from the buyer.

    Restocking fee and freight will be deducted before refund is issued.

    Buyer must acquire a return authorization number (RA) prior to shipping, or charges will be higher.

    We are not responsible for shipping damages, even concealed damages. Inspect shipment for concealed damages as soon as possible. If damages are present, notify the freight line.

    No used or custom made items may be returned.
