This very convenient mini 4 quart square stainless steel chafer features a simple design for commercial or home use. Gold-plated accents on the top cover and side handle add a touch of elegance. The included fuel holder keeps food warm for hours. Chafer uses 1/2 size or two 1/4 size standard steam pans.
