    Custom configured products are non-refundable. To request warranty service, you must call John Louis Inc. at 1-800- 480-6985.

    If warranty service is required you must ship copy of receipt of purchase, enclose return address, and the defective product back to John Louis Inc. during the warranty period in its original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. John Louis Inc. will ship replacement products to you. John Louis Inc. reserves the right to modify its warranty at any time, in its sole discretion. Customer agrees that it will be bound by this agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken.
