    Simba Products instruments are warranted to be free from defective materials and craftsmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase to the original purchaser when purchased from an authorized dealer subject to the limitations contained herein.

    This warranty is non-transferable and is applicable solely to the original purchaser in the United States and Canada.

    Simba Products, Inc. will repair or replace, at its option, any Simba Products instrument or part thereof which is found by Simba Products to be defective. Electronic controls are covered for a period of 90 days.

    Simba Products, Inc. reserves the right to use materials readily available at the time of the repair.
