Step 1: Purchase the branded vending machine at samsclub.com
Step 2: Purchase participating products such as 1 to 25 cases of Gatorade, Propel and Tropicana (mix and match flavors) and pay at your local Sam's Club register (promotion is only good for up to 25 cases)
Step 3: Send the receipts or copies of your product purchase and proof of vending machine purchase with the serial number by mail or fax to:

Step 4: Selectivend will then send you a product reimbursement for the amount of up to 25 cases (please allow 8-10 weeks for delivery of your product reimbursement)

Signature is required for delivery, but before accepting and/or signing for your delivery, please inspect your order thoroughly. If the package appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill or refuse the delivery as damaged. If you discover concealed or internal damage after unpacking your item(s), please contact Selectivend at 1.800.323.8792. This will help improve and expedite your return/replacement experience.
