Designed for convenience, it can be cooked straight from a frozen state, or if you prefer, from a thawed state. The cooking method remains the same, ensuring a delicious result every time. <h3>Cooking Instructions</h3> Philly Steak Portions* Flat Grill: Preheat to 350°F. Place frozen portion on grill. After the portion has cooked through about half its thickness, approximately 1-2 minutes, flip the portion once. As the meat slices begin to cook, separate them with a spatula and add any desired seasoning. Continue to cook the meat another 1-3 minutes. Meat should have firm, cooked appearance. Bulk Philly Steak* For best results, temper product in refrigerator overnight. Flat Grill: Preheat to 350°F. Place meat on grill. As the meat slices begin to cook, tear the meat slices with a spatula to separate and add any desired seasoning. Cook the meat another 8-20 minutes. Tjese are what the sub shops use, not those nasty steakumms. I cook 40lbs with onions cheese, spices and put it into 2lb bags for freezing and later use. The come out like they were just made.

I have 5 boys in my house and they cannot get enough of this. We also use this for our youth football group's concession stand. We are told we have the best steak and cheese subs.

these steaks are amazing, they are nice. meaty, tender, and a great size for a sub. without going out.  they cook up beautifully, and are not full of gristle or stringy products.

This steak is amazing. The box is reasonably priced and last for a few dinners for my very large family. The steak has good flavor and cooked quickly.
