Gastronorm specification 631-1 developed by the European committee for standardization. Certified to NSF Std. #2 and made of FDA compliant materials. Cold pan temperature range: –40°F/–40°C to 212°F/100°C. Dimensions: 6.9”L x 6.4”W x .5”Depth x .3 lb. Cover fits 1/6 size cold food pans.
