Description

Make precise and even fringe cuts easily with this tool. The Quilling Fringer is mountable for a more stable operation; for paper from 1/4 to 3/8 inches wide. Pre-set cut spacing of 1/32 inches and includes directs to make slight adjustments. The cutting depth is 5/16 to 3/16 inches and contains an adjustable guide for the narrower strips. Cuts at a 90 degree angle only.
