Tramontina's Professional Forged 15-Piece Cutlery Set includes a 4" chef's paring knife, 6 - 5" steak knives, 6" boning knife, 6" utility knife, 8" carving knife, 8" cook's knife, 10" serrated slicer, 10" sharpening steel, kitchen shears and a solid oak counter block. The knives are forged from a single solid piece of premium high-carbon stainless steel for unrivaled strength and durability. Blades are taper ground and precision-honed to a fine edge, while the heft of the full tang, combined with the bolster provide weight and rigidity for safety and superb balance. The design of the handle maintains the traditional style preferred by executive chefs with an ergonomic emphasis on perfect balance and a firm, comfortable grip.
