On the outside of the hot tub cover, lines are smooth and straight, with each and every seam in line. Our vinyl is hand cut not machine cut to ensure the best fit, guaranteed. Heavy duty 30 oz. marine grade vinyl with UV inhibitors and test 90 marine thread allows for extra protection and strength.

On the underside of the hot tub cover, designed with harsh chemicals and high temperatures in mind, your hot tub cover has a solid vinyl laminate under liner for added protection where you need it most - keeping the chemicals out and your foam dry.

Inside, we only use closed cell “virgin” styrofoam, not reground or recycled, meaning the foam inserts were made to order and are specifically for hot tub & spa cover use. The inside cross section of the foam is reinforced on each side of the hinge with a galvanized “C” channel for additional support.

To prevent heat loss and conserve energy, every spa cover comes standard with a full length Steam Stopper. This 2” thick Steam Stopper is designed as a continuous heat seal and runs the entire length of the fold.

All of our hot tub covers come tapered to allow for runoff and to prevent “pooling” at the center of the spa cover. The Standard 5” x 3” taper is 5” thick at the center and tapers to 3” at the ends. The 5”-3” taper model is ideal for moderate climates.
