Description

Prairie Mills Yellow Corn Flour is very bright in color and has a robust flavor. Our proprietary milling method makes it possible to produce a very consistent, highly flavorful corn meal that makes your corn muffins, cornbread, and polenta dishes come alive. Corn flour is commonly used to add density and texture to baked goods.
