Description
Prairie Mills White Corn Grits is very bright in color and has a robust flavor. Our proprietary milling method makes it possible to produce a very consistent, highly flavorful corn grits that makes your recipes come alive. White corn grits have a slightly milder flavor profile and are a preferred corn grits for Southern cuisine as well as a favorite for Hispanic dishes. Corn grits are also used to make corn cakes, corn mush, and cornbread casseroles.
