Description

Prairie Mills Self-Rising White Corn Meal is very bright in color and has a robust flavor. Our proprietary milling method makes it possible to produce a very consistent, highly flavorful corn meal that makes your corn muffins, cornbread, and polenta dishes come alive. White corn meal has a slightly milder flavor profile and is a preferred corn meal for Southern cuisine as well as a favorite for Hispanic dishes.
