Full flavored, freshly milled, vitamin enriched, medium fine granulated, self-rising white corn meal produced from corn grown by local Indiana farmers. The self-rising leavening makes baked goods and special dishes just a little lighter and fluffy.
Description
Prairie Mills Self-Rising White Corn Meal is very bright in color and has a robust flavor. Our proprietary milling method makes it possible to produce a very consistent, highly flavorful corn meal that makes your corn muffins, cornbread, and polenta dishes come alive. White corn meal has a slightly milder flavor profile and is a preferred corn meal for Southern cuisine as well as a favorite for Hispanic dishes.

Medium fine granulated, dried, white dent ground corn with natural corn flavor and aroma. This product is processed and packaged under modern, food-grade sanitary conditions. Product complies with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act as amended.
