Prairie Mills All Purpose Flour is a double sifted, white bleached flour used in all types of baking of pastries and confectionaries such as pies, cakes, some light breads, and candy. This flour can also be used as a thickening agent on sauces and gravies as well as a non-sticking agent in baking.
