Portable and self contained outdoor fryer that is now easy transportation.

Description

This fryer operates on a single 30 lb. propane tank (not included). This is a commercial fryer that is controlled by a millivolt thermostat that adjusts from 200 - 400 degrees. The fry tank has a 35-40 lb. oil capacity. This unit will cook 60-65 lbs. of frozen french fries per hour. The tank will last approximately 10-12 hours of cook time - longer if the thermostat is set at lower limits. The unit includes two fry baskets with plastic coated handles along with a stainless steel tank cover.
