Polar Ware's classic anti-jam steam table pans have the cleanest design in the market. 4" deep with a 14 1/2 quart capacity, all pans are manufactured in the United States with stainless steel produced in U.S. steel mills for consistent quality. The distinctive corner shoulder of our original anti-jam steam table pan design not only prevents jamming, but also makes it easy to stack. No creased corner flange and no shoulder around the pan wall perimeter make it easy to clean and less susceptible to contamination. Pans are constructed of durable, easy to clean, type 300 series stainless steel and are NSF approved.
