The Bolt Down Bracket System provides an easy and safe way to mount a pergola to a deck or patio.

Description

If you are mounting a 5x5 post arbor vinyl pergola to a wood deck or cement patio, the Bolt Down Bracket System makes it easy.

Simply measure your footprint and lag bolt the brackets into place. Insert 4x4 pressure treated wood posts (purchase separately) into the brackets and screw them in place. Slide your pergola posts over the wood posts, and screw the pergola posts into the wood. The result is a lasting installation that is safe and rigid.

This mounting system was specifically designed for Oasis Pergolas' Portland Pergola, Venetian Pergola and Bellagio Pergola. The manufacturer highly recommends that if you are installing any of these vinyl pergolas to a flat surface, that you purchase this kit.

The Bolt Down Bracket System comes with 4 brackets and all the necessary hardware. A drill is required for assembly, as well as 4x4 posts, which need to be purchased separately. Detailed instructions are included.

    Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship for 20 years for the original owner of the real estate upon which this product is used. Only the original owner can make a claim. Proof of purchase is required.

    If materials or manufacturing workmanship are found to be defective, Eden Arbors will at its discretion either replace the defective material or refund the product. Labor, installation and any similar costs are excluded and shall not be paid by Eden Arbors.

    The warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to comply with installation or improper application; damage due to acts of God, war, other casualties, exposure of pollutants/conditions other than natural weathering; damage or discoloration due to misuse, improper storage, impact of objects, alteration by applied heat or welding, contact with chemicals or other substances; other physical or material alterations; color fading occurring over time due to normal weathering; and materials not manufactured by Eden Arbors.
